I was pulled over in my friends car for him not having the proper insurance, tags on his licence plate, and a front plate missing. I was issued the tickets because I was driving his car. I no longer talk to him (not because of that) so I don’t know if he took care of them or not, but when I renewed my licence nothing came up at the office that said I need to pay the tickets or anything. We registered for a court date and i signed a paper saying he would be taking over, and he signed it too.

Is this considered a "criminal offence (including traffic offences)"– word for word on the application when it may be already taken care of and is not punishable with any demerit points or anything?

Iver heard you can’t get home owneres insureance if you own certain dog breeds like siberian huskys and pitbulls. Can some tell me if German shepherd and Alaskan Malamutes are also on that list

I was the driver and unfortunately she was the one left paralyzed instead of me. Despite being depressed with feelings of guilt, I have managed to be a good husband to her and have helped her to become self-sufficient despite her limitations. Unfortunately, I have sexual urges that she can no longer fulfill. Do you think it is morally wrong that I have a mistress that she is unaware of? I don’t love the mistress like I love my wife, but I am young and still have needs.

I about just had a question liability. I had an automotive accident the other day. There is the possiblity of an injury in the other party; the accident was my fault. My insurance covers up to only ,000 for personal injuries. Suppose that the opposing party needs a significant amount over that. I am an 18 year old without much money. Are my parents liable/are they required to fork out the money? I am dependent under them by law and we are all on the same insurance policy. I reside in State of Texas.

I plan on getting a used car from a dealer soon but I want the payments in my name but due to my young age and tickets and 1 fender bender last year, my insurance would be ridiculously high. Is it possible to have the payments in my name but the registatrion and, or the insurance in my girlfriends name or fathers name since their records are clean?

My phone is an LG VX8350 and it dropped in a pool. The battery AND the phone have water damage but im not sure how much. Its more than a little though. Is there any way to fix or help this myself without having to get another phone?

My friends from Europe are coming for a visit to the USA planning a trip cross-country. I have been trying to see if there are any rental car companies that don’t need a CC issued in the US for a rental – BUT I COULDN’T FINE ONE! (From New York Sate). Any suggestions??
