From what I’ve been able to find on the web, the Cartwheel Galaxy is about 500 million light years away. Also, the collision that took place with another galaxy that gave rise to its unique appearance supposedly took place about 100 million years ago.
Given that, how can we see the collision at all? Wouldn’t it be another 400 million years before we see the collision?

I just don’t see how the original home owner benefits. Any insight would help because I’m looking into a deal that simply seems too good to be true. Why wouldn’t the home owner just try to sell it?
So what’s the difference between Rent-to-own and plain, old renting?

If the house that you rent is insured (and it should be, right?) does it cover any damage done to the house by the tenant? Also, who should pay the bill to 911?
The microwave at the condo i’m renting caught on fire and damaged the plug and the cabinet right above it. Am i responsible for the damages? The microwave was in the house when i moved in, older model. I live in Iowa, what does the law say?
thanks

1. What is the standard or typical procedure utilized to deny a claim?
2. Statute of Limitations – does this begin tolling when the claim is submitted?
3. If an insurance carrier does not investigate a claim, can they still deny?
Any suggestions as to where I might find CT statutes or info is appreciated.

A property was refinaced at 0,000.00. The owner did a little improvement and then defaulted on 9,000.00. The Mortgage company bought the property at foreclosure. Doesn,t the mortgage Insurance of the homeowner insure this loan for the mortgage company and they are out no money and anything they get for the property now is profit?
The lender (the mortage company) bought the property at the foreclosure sale. So is the lender out what the borrower owed them plus what they bought the property for?
If they sell the property REO at a loss will the mortage insurance cover this loss?

My son and I were hit by an uninsured motorist. I suffered permanent bodily injury to my neck. and my son still suffers emotionally after 2 years. My policy gives me um coverage with a 100/300 limit. Does this mean that three people had to be in the car in order to be awarded the 0k maximum? Thank You
