is it time the FA implemented a system that brought stiffer punishments for dangerous and wreckless play ?
think about what im asking here.
as a footballer, you’d think not twice or thrice, but 100 times before committing yourself into a pointless challenge.
Interestingly, Gazza broke his OWN leg by being wreckless, stup1d and dangerous in a FA CUP Semi final didn’t he ?
that is where the ‘system’ i theorize of introducing may be flawed, you get punished for hurting yourself (due to idiotic wreckless and dangerous play)
but why not ?
i cant see any harm in it.
the FA ought to dock a players wages by 50% for the REST of next season, and for the remanider of the current season has to sit out without being allowed to play.
there are rules and protocols in all sports.
in F1, drivers will be inflamed and aggressive @ other drivers when they notice you driving in a dangerous wreckless manner that could potentialy result in a SERIOUS mishap for competitors, and those cars sometimes over take each other at speeds of over 100mph…
so you rarely see a driver getting competitiveness so wrong – that he gest wreckless.
its common courtesy.
i say bring in stiffer measures to prevent dangerous football play, a deterrant in other words.
This way footballers will make correct decisions and not shocking ones.
well something has to be done, how many more players are we supposed to see with broken limbs on pitches ?
