My home was destroyed in a tornado. Can I use the insurance money to pay off the mortgage and walk away from the property or do I have to rebuild the home. All my kids have grown and my wife and I would like to start over in Arizona, but she thinks we are required to rebuild the house and then try to sell it if we want to start over.

Don’t know what caused it, if bed was too heavy for room but there is a 4 inches crack now between wall and floor. If the bed was to heavy for room, they don’t pay? But how do you know of bed is to heavy? What if it was a little earth quake?

my dad says no they only pay for injury.

First please do not judge me. I would never turn to the government for help and never thought this day would come. I am one of you, the ones who fuss because my tax money pays for welfare.
But i have been laid off for 1 year this week. I cannot find work and I have applications in over 70 places.
I need dental work and foot work done and if I dip into my savings to pay for this I will be facing even harder financial hardship. It sucks BAD.
I would like to know if you nice people would estimate if I will be eligible for medicaid based on my stats:
-State of KY, county of Pulaski.
-I am 22 male.
-live with roomate (male).
-0 (yes ZERO!) income.
-My roomate (very close friend) is paying more than his share right now and I am borrowing money (that will 100% be paid off) to help. His income is about 200 a week.
-Rent is 499.00
-Elec is 100.00 (its overdue so now it is 237.00)
-Insurance for car is about 100.00
-I am not listing my phone and tv which will probably be taken off soon anyways.
-I am NOT disabled (thank god)
-I am looking for work from 8am to 4pm every day.

Please do not be rude to me. I know I sound like a lazy pig. I am so far from that.

I am very interested in becoming a home inspector, I have some electrical and construction experience but not much else. I plan on taking classes on home inspections but, i’d like to know if there are any books on this subject I can read to give me a jump start and better understanding of everything that goes into home inspections. I am 19 and have passed my car driving licence 2 months ago. The insurance for all the cars I have looked at are way to high. More than £2500.
