Is tornado damage automatically covered by homeowners insurance?
Or are they considered "acts of God?"

Lloyd’s of London, some Canadian firm, the Chinese, who cares….
The Attorney General for Michigan cannot BAR outside insurance supplier when no one authorized to sell tornado insurance in state will provide coverage, can he?.
Do they have any legal rtight to sell only to some? Does State have any legal right to go along with that, or to bar outside insurance providers who may wish to issue coverage?
This is NOT FAIR. Can we sue the State for Discrimination?
In all the surrounding areas people have coverage and their tornado incidence is HIGHER than mine. I know because I can do weather and climate, and they have all had closer tornadoes or even hits. Also the State is responsible for managing insurers, but they have a CROOK from Insurance Sector in Office, else how would this be allowed?
My 18 year old son was in a minor accident on Sunday for failing to yield on a green light. My husband and I got there right before the Police and they took a report and statements. My son acknowledge that it was his fault, but still no ticket. Did they forget or will he be getting one in the mail?
Only if they don’t plan on paying anyways. They are on Medicaid already or illegal.
Otherwise the uninsured are the only ones watching their costs, because they have to pay the bill.
Is it an elastic or inelastic collision?
i know Barclay’s is 12.20 but don’t know what time nationwide is.
I appreciate any answers.
Here are some figures I have seen:

backed into another car as a valet. My company has insurance. The insurance exchanged was my bosses, and the other 2 parties involved (car I was in and the car that was hit). My license number was taken down and I received a traffic ticket. Oh well. My real concern is does MY insurance ever find out about this? Or is it all on the company’s insurance?
Recent hail damage on my car. It is paid off and older. I was considering taking the cash-out option on the insurance claim and putting the cash into repairs. I received 3 quotes from reputable body shops and they ranged from 00 – 00. Just came back from a meeting with the adjuster (All State) and they offered 80. He told me if I wanted more, take it to a body shop and All State would pay the difference to the body shop. Why, if All State will pay the body shop 00 to repair my car, will they not give me a check for 00? I know darn well that I’ve given them more than that amount over the last 10-years as a policy holder! To make it even more pertinent – one of the quotes is from their ‘preferred’ body shops!
Can I appeal to the Texas Department of Insurance?
Thanks in advance for helping a consumer compete and win against BIG Insurance companies!
