How can i deal with this an insurance company is asking me to pay 11600 dollars for an auto accident?

I was involved in a car accident i was excluded from the insurance. that was 2 years ago now the car’s insurance company that hit me is asking me for the money.
I did not know i was excluded from the insurance, the car t-bone me and i lost conscious. i end up in the hospital, In the past 2 years and 4 months the other insurance never contact me until now that there asking me for the money.

You have no choice…pay them.
Option 1:
You can pay the $11,600 now.
Option 2:
If you refuse to pay now, then it will go to collections and you will get sued. You will still have to pay the $11,600, eventually, but first your credit will be ruined and you will have to spend a lot of time in court.
Either way, you will have to pay the money.
Please provide a more detailed explanation. Based on what you say here, you are probably responsible for that money.
I don’t mean to sound cold, but if you were excluded from the insurance you had no business driving. Period.
If the other company is telling you to pay then they believe you were at fault. If you think the other party was at fault you need to give your side of the story and fight it. But if you were at fault, then set up a payment plan.
This is why you do not drive without insurance. The insurance premium is tiny compared to a $11,600 bill that you’re probably stuck with.

And rightly so. You caused an accident while you were driving uninsured.
You will have to work out a payment plan with them.
You can’t just drive around uninsured and cause accidents and be "off the hook" for the damages you cause because you don’t want to pay for insurance. You’re STILL responsible.
If you don’t work out a payment plan, they can get your license suspended, until the entire amount is paid off.

Not to sound rude, but how did you not know you were excluded? In order to exclude a driver, the policy holder must submit a signed form and it details that you will not be covered in the event of an accident.
As an agent, I would advise you to get a lawyer. Your state may have some sort of limited time frame in which they can come after you. To be honest with you, they probably do not, but it’s worth a try considering you are facing such a large amount.
My second question for you is if the car hit you, it would be their fault, not yours, so why is the other insurance company asking for compensation to pay for their client’s automobile?
