What are you entitled to as far as getting another car?
Well my car wasn’t stolen (not yet anyway), but my car keys with all my other important keys were taken when I was at the gym earlier today. So far nothing has come up. It will cost over 600 dollars to rekey the ignition, all the doors, and order a new FOB. I would like to avoid that since I don’t really have the money to cover that right now.

Here’s the deal. I’ve recently paid off my house so I am NO LONGER bound to buy homeowners insurance… However, I really don’t want to "risk it all"… I am a VERY frugal person and looking to SAVE MONEY in any way possible. It was by my frugality that I was able to pay off the house.

That said I am looking for a policy that covers the "sticks and bricks", but I don’t really care about contents because much of my stuff I bought at garage sales and flea markets etc.

So if the "whole thing burns down or blows away", I just want the money of what my home is worth OR for them to rebuild it. I don’t care about the contents at all.

I just want it to be CHEAP!!!! I live in Texas. What kinds of policies should I be looking for?

In California, Does a car insurance have the authority to have a driver’s license suspended because of money owed to them? First, I had to pay for damages for the other vehicle. I paid. Now two years later they are calling again. Trying to collect money for injuries. Threatening to suspend my D.L. if I don’t pay. Is this right?

my insurance offered me some money, for my uninsured motorist claim, i only paid 30 overall for any meds and doctors check up because i used my work health benefits. should i just get the offer? or i should seek for more pay?

I was involved in a car accident i was excluded from the insurance. that was 2 years ago now the car’s insurance company that hit me is asking me for the money.
I did not know i was excluded from the insurance, the car t-bone me and i lost conscious. i end up in the hospital, In the past 2 years and 4 months the other insurance never contact me until now that there asking me for the money.

I am in a 24 month contract with dish network and time warner cable has recently contacted me (with a much lower price) trying to get my business back. They will buy me out of my dish contract up to 0, but when I called dish, they informed me that to get out of my contract with them it would be 0 for the HD for life and 2 for the rest of the contract. Is there any way to get out of owing dish money?

I have had my identity stolen and now I am very sceptical of shopping online for anything. I am looking to try to save money on my auto insurance by shopping around but can only find companies who want to give me a free online auto insurance quote. People aren’t aware that during this online process you must enter your social security number, and all your personal informaion online. That is Crazy!!!
Do people really think that this is SAFE way to shop for auto insurance?

I’m planing a trip to Vegas this Christmas and I’m not sure if we should drive or fly. Friend told me that the weather might make it unsafe to drive but I never done it during winter time. My homeowner’s insurance just called and said that they are denying my claim completely. They said that an overflowing toilet is not covered and that I should contact my builder and try to get the money from the 1 year warranty, which has not yet expired. What can I do?
