My 2000 Ultra Fat Pounder was stolen from the home of an acquaintance who had borrowed the bike for about 1 month. The person rents this residence and the owner of the residence is his boss whose primary business is in Texas. I would like to know my legal remedies as to who I can pursue to repay the monies lost due to this theft. The bike is worth ,000 and of course I did not have insurance on the bike. If the person has renters insurance could I file a claim or if the homeowner has insurance, would that be possible. I don’t even know how to go about finding out who the insurance company is. This happened in Arkansas. A police report was filed. Any other suggestions would also be welcomed.

I recently just graduated college and got a pretty good deal for my job. I’m moving to Atlanta. The good thing about starting this job is that for 9 months my apartment is completely paid for and it’s furnished. My question is should I get renters insurance for an apartment that is furnished? If I was robbed or furniture was stolen wouldn’t it kinda be the landlords problem in a sense. The most valuable stuff I have is my laptop and possibly my desktop. Also if you live in Atlanta was in a general price that you pay for Car insurance. Thanks. I’m looking at state farm and it was roughly around 120 dollars a month

If I’m am required to have a renters insurance policy in a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo, do I need a policy for each person? I just bought a brand new car and recently changed my car insurance company. Today after leaving a meeting I hit a fire hydrin while backing up leaving a nice hole in my back bumper. I called my insurance company and submitted a claim but am more concered with the my insurance premium going up. Does anybody know if it will go up or not. I have not submitted a claim in more then 5 years and only pay 86.00 a month for full coverage including collision and renters insurance for my house. Does anybody know about this kind of stuff??
